About me

I have been on a spiritual journey for most of my life.
Even as a child, I was always asking questions about who we are, why we are here, and what lies beyond what we can see. That curiosity never left me. If anything, it’s grown deeper over time.

I’ve spent years exploring meditation, healing, past lives, energy work, and the nature of the soul. I have studied many different modalities, including Reiki, hypnotherapy, crystal healing,past life regression, life between lives regression, the Akashic Records and more.

But what has shaped me the most hasn’t just been the study — it has been life itself.

I have been through some very difficult times in the past.
There were moments when everything I thought I could count on fell away. I went through loss, deep emotional pain, and what many would call the “dark night of the soul.” It lasted longer than I thought it would - but it also taught me more than I ever imagined.

I learned how to be still.
I learned how to listen to the deep inner voice within me.
And I began to see that true healing does not always look how we expect. It is not always about fixing, it’s just about remembering who we are beneath the noise.

This path hasn’t been easy — but it’s been beautiful. And it continues to evolve.

Today, I hold space for others who are on their own journey of returning to themselves. I don’t have all the answers, but I can walk with you as you find yours - in your own way, in your own time.
