The Harmony Frequency Field is a twice-monthly online experience designed to support your spiritual rhythm, energetic clarity, and inner peace.

We gather every 2nd and 4th Thursday @ 5.45pm (UK) for up to 45 minutes to:

• Return to presence 
• Reconnect with higher consciousness 
• Recalibrate through gentle practices and sacred sound
   

Each session blends:

• A soft reflection to open the space 
• A guided meditation to center and align
• Sacred sound attunement to elevate your frequency 
• Silent integration and intention-setting
   

Sessions are held live on Zoom. Replays are always available if you can’t join in real-time.

After each session, you may notice a soft return to self — a sense of calm, clarity or the lightening of something unspoken.
Sometimes the shift is immediate, like a breath released.
Other times, it unfolds gently, like a frequency adjusting just beneath the surface — steady, sacred, and sure.
